  1. Even though in-house interviews may lack spontaneity, the questions were good and answers comprehensive. But tell me:
    1) "Poverty" being a relative term why cannot CEPA set a 'poverty index' and call a spade a spade rather than be politically savvy?
    2) When you talk of the different attitudes between the north and south, and the quality of their analyses, are you saying that some northerners think they know better about the south than southern researchers do? Or that they think that their data and analyses about themselves are far superior to our data and analyses of ourselves.
    3) As an anthropologist I would like to know [deleted]
